About rrrather
Rrrather is the ultimate destination for thought-provoking WYR questions. We recognize that there are different occasions for playing would you rather: by yourself online, on a date, at a friends gathering, or at a family party.
The Story
On January 20, 2011, Alex Walter launched rrrather, the first "would you rather" website. What started as a brilliant idea from his wife sparked a unique platform that defined a genre.
Around 2013, rrrather reached its zenith of popularity, becoming a staple on Reddit and sparking passionate debates across the internet.

Rebirth in 2024
The site has been recreated with a modern tech stack to recapture the spirit of the original while providing a cleaner, higher quality experience. We focus on sparking real discussions through intriguing dilemmas.
